T. Baconschi urges Turkish businessmen to look into Romania's opportunities
Bucharest, Jan 12 /Agerpres/ - The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Teodor Baconschi, had on Thursday a meeting with the president of the Association of Turkish Businessmen in Romania (TIAD), Omer Susli, on which occasion the Romanian official mentioned the opportunities opened to Turkish businessmen to take part in privatization processes in Romania.

Romania's exports to third countries almost 29 pct higher over first 11 months, surpassing EU average values
Bucharest, Jan 10 /Agerpres/ - Romania's exports towards the third countries reported a 28.7 percent increase over the first eleven months of 2011, surpassing the average values reported within the European Union, where the increase was 20.2 percent, according to data of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Milieu (MECMA).

Deepwater drilling in Black Sea
Bucharest, Jan 9 /Agerpres/ - The oil group Petrom and Exxon Mobil Exploration and Production Romania Limited (EEPRL), a branch of Exxon Mobil Company, started the deepwater exploration drilling at Domino-1 oil well, the first deep water exploratory well in the Romanian sector of the Black Sea, Petrom told a release sent to Agerpres on Monday.

The exhibition of the 77 years of Romanian comics, an overview of the comics’ history in Romania, from its pioneers until present, will be opened on the 26th of October at the Belgian Comic Strip Center in Brussels. The curator, Alexandru Ciubotariu, one of the best representatives of the young generation of Romanian comic strip artists will be accompanied at the opening of his exhibition by Dodo Nita, the president of comic strip artists association in Romania.
